Gorilla Tracking Safaris
Day
1:
Depart
Kampala for the south with stops at the craft village at the Uganda
Equator for pictures and shopping. After lunch at the Lakeview Hotel in
Mbarara, proceed through the beautiful evergreen mountain country referred
to as the "Little Switzerland". Arrive late evening for dinner
and overnight at campsite. Transit Time 8-10 hrs.
Day
2:
Briefing
by park ranger guides. Later with picnic lunch, start 30 minutes - 8 hours
tracking to find the Mountain gorillas. The tracking starts at the area where
the gorillas were the previous day. After a full hour with the gorillas,
return to your accommodations for dinner and overnight at campsite.

3:
Transfer
to Mbarara for lunch, Later depart for Kampala. Transit Time 8-10 hrs,

1.
Morning
departure for the south with stops at the craft village at the

Day 2.
Start
a 30 minutes - 8 hours strenuous trek to find the Mountain gorillas
Overnight at either
Gorilla
Forest Camp / Mantana Camp - Top Class, Bwindi Homestead - Mid Class,
Community Bandas or Budget Camping. Meal Plan - Lunch and Dinner.
Day
3.
With
picnic lunch, take a second chance tracking the gorillas, return to your
accommodations for dinner and overnight at
Gorilla
Forest Camp / Mantana Camp - Top Class, Bwindi Homestead - Mid Class,
Community Bandas or Budget Camping. Meal Plan - Lunch and Dinner.
Day
4.
Transfer
to Mbarara for lunch before heading into the Lake Mburo Park for an
afternoon game viewing on the way to your night stay at either
Gorilla
Forest Camp / Mantana Camp - Top Class, Bwindi Homestead - Mid Class,
Community Bandas or Budget Camping. Meal Plan - Lunch and Dinner.
Day
5.
Morning
game viewing in the park. Game in the park includes; Zebra, Impala, Eland,
Topi, Hippo and a variety of woodland bird species. After lunch, depart
for Kampala. Meal Plan - Breakfast and Lunch.
NB,
Gorilla permit should be booked in advance (4months prior to safari)
Needed-Leather
gloves, hiking boots, long sleeved shirts, long pants and a light backpack
are necessary.

The Pearl Of Africa
Day
1:
Arrive
Entebbe
and transfer to
Kampala
for an evening tour of the
Kingdoms. You will visit the Kasubi Royal Tombs, Rubaga and Namirembe
Cathedral before proceeding to the Uganda Martyrs Shrine. Return to
Kampala
for overnight stay at the
Kampala Sheraton Hotel.
Day
2:
Proceed to Jinja Source
Of the Nile to see the source of the
Nile
. There after, travel to the
Bujagali
Falls
where White Water Rafters enjoy
rides through the Big Grade 5 white water rapids. Dinner and overnight at
Jinja Kingfisher Resort.
Day
3
Depart early after breakfast and proceed
north west
through Bombo to
Murchison
Falls
National Park
. After lunch in Masindi, we
travel to the Top of the Falls at the Bakers summit to marvel at the
Spectacular Nile dropping in a wave of rapids through the Western Rift
Valley. Later, transfer to the Paraa Safari Lodge for dinner and
overnight.
Day
4
Breakfast, then take a morning game viewing with a game tracker/guide on the
northern bank as you trail and spot Elephant, Buffalo, Uganda Kob, Hartebeest, Oribi, Giraffe, Leopard and other game.
It is only here that you can trail wildlife with an armed ranger guide.
Return to the Lodge for a hearty lunch before taking a sundowner cruise to
the bottom of the falls. See Schools of Hippo, Crocodile, Waterbuck and a
host of water
birds. Return for dinner and overnight at Paraa Safari Lodge.

5
Leave
Murchison
Falls
and travel through
Fort
Portal
with picnic lunch. Arrive late
evening for a nocturnal walk in the Kibale forest in search of the Galagos,
Pottos and Bushbabies. Dinner and overnight at the Ndali Lodge.
Day
6
Transfer to the Kibale Forest again for a morning trek with ranger
guide as you trail the Grey Cheecked Mangabeys, Red-tailed Monkey, Olive
Baboon, Chimpanzee Red and Black and White Colobus. After lunch, travel to
the Crater area in
Queen
Elizabeth
National Park
on a game drive proceeding for
dinner and overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.
Day
7
Early morning departure for Queen Elizabeth Park. Arrive Mweya with
picnic lunch with a drive through the Magnificent Crater Area and the
Baboon Cliffs. There after, take an afternoon launch cruise on the Kazinga
Channel believed to host the Largest concentration of Hippo in
Africa
. A variety of Migrant birds also
colours the banks. Dinner and overnight at the Mweya Safari Lodge.
Day
8
Morning travel to
Maramagambo
Forest
for a Nature walk along trails
to the Bat caves and the
Blue
Lake
. You will have a chance of
spotting some of the primate species, the colourful butterflies and a host
of forest bird species endemics of the Albertrine rift. In the evening,
take a game drive in search of the Lion, Elephant, Hyena,
Buffalo
and other wild game. Dinner and
overnight at Mweya Safari Lodge.

9
Breakfast early then depart south with picnic lunch through a game drive in
the famous Ishasha where lions climb trees!!!. for the
Bwindi
Impenetrable
Forest
arriving early evening. Dinner
and overnight at the Bwindi Tented Camp.
Day
10
Report at the park offices for briefing prior to tracking the wild mountain
gorillas. Later, start your trek with ranger and gorilla trackers to find
the gorillas. After an hour with the gorillas, return to camp after picnic
lunch. Dinner and night stop at Bwindi Tented Camp.
Day
11
After morning breakfast, proceed through the scenic Little Switzerland to
have lunch at the Kabale White Horse Inn. Later transfer to
the edge of
Lake
Bunyonyi
one of the
Crater
Lakes
for dinner and Overnight at The
Lake Bunyonyi Farout Camp.
Day
12
Morning breakfast then take a canoe ride on this beautiful
Lake
to visit the
Island
that acted as a Leper asylum in
the 1950’s. Later, travel to
Lake
Mburo
National Park
for game viewing. You will have
a chance of walking in the park which hosts, Impala, Zebra, Topi, Buffalo,
Crocodile, Hippo and a variety of bird and plant life. meals and overnight
at Mantana Luxury Tented Camp.
Day
13
Breakfast early then proceed to
Entebbe
.
After lunch, take a speed boat to the
Jane
Goodall
Ngamba
Chimpanzee
Island
to view the Chimps. Return in the evening for overnight at Windsor Lake
Victoria.
Day
14
Transfer to the airport for your departure flight.
